Is the house air
conditioned? The house has central air and heat. Most rooms have ceiling fans as well. |

television? All rooms have TV with Satellite except the Dogwood. An assortment of games and reading material is available in the library. |

the house? Yes, your cell phone should work here, ours does. |

wireless computer? Yes, the house has wireless internet access, sorry we do not have any hard wire connections. |

check out? Check in is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement; We are very flexible, and we usually can accommodate every arrival request. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. |

What time do you serve
breakfast? We offer breakfast usually between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM or by prior arrangement. Coffee and tea is always available after 6:30 AM in the dining room or if the weather permits, out on the patio. |

What do you serve for
breakfast? We serve a full, hot breakfast. Examples of a typical breakfast would be: Fresh fruit , banana bread or muffins, cheese & egg casserole with shrimp or crab and vegetables OR any combination of Juice, fluffy waffles & fruit, homemade muffins with sausage, bacon or ham, French toast or pancakes. The State Street Manor breakfast specialtyis Darlene's famous, breakfast burrito! A variety of muffins, bagels or English muffins and cereal are available upon request. Of course, breakfast is served with freshly ground coffee or tea. |

Gallipolis and in Gallia County? Activities along the Ohio River are almost every weekend, especially in the Summer. See the links to the Chamber and Visitor's Center for a wonderful list of things to do! We are located just one block from the River Front Park that hosts activities on a regular basis. We are just 15 minutes from the University of Rio Grande/Rio Grande Community College and about 10 minutes from Holzer Hospital |
