• Rates are plus lodging tax and sales tax.
• Rooms are single or double occupancy.
• Single occupancy business rates available Sunday through Thursday by arrangement.    Depending upon availability.

• Check in between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. without prior arrangements; we are usually very flexible.
• Check out 11:00 AM.
• Sorry no pets and absolutely no smoking.
• First night deposit required to confirm reservation, Or a credit card number.

• If you must cancel  48 hours before arrival please let us know as soon as possible because you will be charged for the first night until it is rebooked. No problem if more than 48 hours.
• We accept cash, checks, Mastercard /Visa, Discover and American Express.
